Naruto sat down, trying to be Hokage-ish about this. "Well," He took off his hat, "It means you're in charge. Like...." He pointed to himself. "Except...not as much." He scratched his head. -w- This was going TERRIBLE. "OKAY, Higher ups are people who are in charge of other people. They can give people jobs, take charge of things, and are part of the council." He pointed to a chart that he had Inu draw up for him the other day. "So," He pointed," At the top are Lelouch, Gaara, and Me, because we're Hokage, Kazekage and Emperor. Right under that," He pointed, "Are the rest of the higher ups," And then he pointed below that, "And under there is normal people." He closed his eyes. "Soooo it's a lot of responsibility, but it also makes you important!"  "Get it?" |

Sakura had an intrigued look as she listened to Naruto explain. Telling other what to do... that seemed tempting. "So, say I was to take this offer," she stared, trying to think. "Then I could hire people to help me at the hospital?" she asked.

Sakura grinned. "In that case, I accept," she nodded. It felt weird talking to Naruto like this. She was so used to Tsunade-sama sitting behind that desk. And Naruto being the annoying goofball of squad seven.

Sakura smiled lightly. "Thanks," she nodded, taking the paper from him. "See you around then," she told him as she turned to leave the office. "Oh and Naruto... Congradulations," she winked, deciding he at least desered that for actually achieving his dream.

Naruto read a scroll as he sat at his desk. "Let's see...Would it be good if Drew-kun went against Bruce-kun, or the Teme?" He bit a sweet roll. "...this is harder than I thought..." He banged his head on the desk.
