Bruce started checking the wind pressure before anything happened. It could work in his favor... But Casa had more raw power than he did...so he had to be careful.

Casa watched Bruce closely to see if he would make the first move. She normally would have just charged in...But then she would be chastised for being hasty.

Bruce dropped one of his guns from the sheer cold of it. "Dammit. Nice move." He pointed at her with his pointer finger as if he were holding a gun. "Bang." His hand ignited into a small flame, which propelled itself at Casa.

"EEK!" Casa cried.
"Water shield."
A shield of water formed turning into steam instantly, which burned Casa, but not as badly as the flames would have. She winced.
"That was mean! You know I hate fire attacks!"
Casa closed her eyes and vanished, making herself completely undetectable.
