In the middle of town, a giant tree appeared in a very strange fashion, almost as if it were sired by magic. There were presents beneath it with names of everyone in town, almost as if someone who'd checked their list twice had made sure not to forget anyone, even if this town was hidden from the rest of the world...
There was a very hearty laugh as the tree, lit with hundreds of balls, tinsel and strings of popcorn, lit Time's Square up in such splendor it could've been a beacon to those who saw it.

Inu stared at Naruto for a moment, before deciding to try her own trigger. "Hey Hokage-chan, you know you have to work right through the Christmas holidays right? That paperwork's gotta be done and I'm not letting you go anywhere until it's all finished," she rested her hands on her hips, smirking. Usually that'd help to get Naruto riled up.

Naruto wilted. "Damn...I figured..." He noticed the tree in time square. "....Sasuke did it?" @_@ "How did I not see anybody and there's suddenly a tree there?"

Inu's eyes widened when Naruto just wilted at her threat. That wasn't how it was supposed to go! He was supposed to over-react! Starting yelling! Something! It was freaky how calm he was. ;A; "I want my loud, annoying bossman back!"
"Santa?" Inu mimicked Trish. She'd heard of him once before. He was some creepy fat dude who stalked children and watched while they slept; and broke into their houses. Right?

Gelinda skipped through the middle of Little Tokyo! Square and bowed to Chero. "I hope I fixed your problem, Miss Chero." <3 She looked her up and down. "But...I think you need to be a little more assertive." She pulled out a little book and started searching for a spell.
