You start out by arriving in town....which is posting in the story thread....you have to move in....and establish yourself....as you would in real life....then you would look for a job. Jobs can be missions from the Hokage or a higher up, such as myself....
or jobs can be under the professional market....or in one of the crossover locations.
You can get hired....or start your own business.
