"Perfect," Mizore smiled to herself as the cold wind blew against her skin. The icy rink she stood upon had earlier been a simple pond, but now she had created a thin but strong layer of ice to encase it, the creatures in the pond still happy and swimming around below. She had figured it would be nice to have a skating rink in Little Tokyo and have a place where she could make it as cold as she wanted and no one would complain.
