Failure to follow these rules will result in a AUTOMATIC SUSPENSION from this site. It will, however, only be temporary...unless the Mods think otherwise.

Karma is not disabled...however, if someone is "smitten" to the negative, I will set them back to zero. Please try to be nice. ^^;
So far, no words are censored because I anticipate some RPers will need those words. However, if they are used too often, I WILL censor them.
Any RPers in the present or future that sign up are to speak with ME or another Mod. Even Naruto. No exceptions.
OOC areas are unfortunately not present in this RP. However, RPers, you won't have to worry as long as you make your own OC. This also, is optional. ;D

When posting a story, you needn't censor it. ^^; Just give us warnings at the beginning. Some people on these boards strongly dislike strong language. Go to Lunescene or something. Besides...unless it has something to do with the people on this board, I really don't want to see it...
Alochol and use of it IS permitted here...but if an "authoritic" figure (AKA, one of the school principals or something) catches you, you must submit to THEIR terms. Have fun with that.
The main purpose of this RP is to have fun. Little Tokyo is like a little city. Please be respectful to others, and remember ANYTHING is possible. ;D
If I label a certain "building" or "thread" that is a shop or something as "vacant", whoever wishes to come and claim this shop for their own, may claim it. You may own this shop with no help OR you can hire assistants- including high school students and such. Either way, the shop is yours, and it is YOUR JOB to attend to your customers. Another thing, though I create these threads, you may ask me or another Mod to delete them when you think of a name of your own, or you can simply keep my generic name. The catch? The thread of shop I label MUST BE in the same category. For example, the "Coffee Shop" that is currently open can be nothing BUT a coffee shop overall. Add what you wish, but you must serve coffee! Get it?
EVERYONE must introduce themselves in the "first" thread, titled, "Let's begin", or whatever arc we're on if you haven't earlier. I want a general idea of what you are here. Example: Are you a resident? Did you just move or turn up here? Are you wandering? Whatever you can think of. Either way, show me why!
Dating
It is what it sounds like, folks. Dating is dating, and you shouldn't do what you wouldn't in a real relationship. Shouldn't. That doesn't mean you can't....this is a question of your morals. I'll explain more later. However, remember THIS IS NOT REAL LIFE. NOT. REAL.
Fighting
As a bit of a fighter myself, fighting on these boards are acceptable. However, there are certain rules TO fighting. First, they must be done by FAIR means. If you're caught in a situation you can't get out of, give in, unless you're some sort of genius and thought of a perfectly plausible NON-GOD MOLDING way out. (It's possible.) Second, simply punching someone in the face is ALSO acceptable. However, if this person chooses to dodge or catch it or a bigger fight comes of it later, hey, that's your fault. ^^ I'll be watching you get hurt later. ALSO, they must be kept at places like the training grounds.....and must not get too rough....and if a Mod/admin tells you to stop...DO IT. The Mod staff is made of TOUGH COOKIES. You have two Kages, a kickarse Water nature ninja and a Titan immortal. COME ON! You can't be THAT stupid.
Cheating
Okay, I would first like to say that it isn't ILLEGAL in this RP. However...
If you want to be a totally "rhymes with witch" to get your way with some guy (or girl) may I suggest examining yourself and asking, "Does this person want to break up with their bf/gf or divorce their wife/husband? DO I?"
If the answer is yes to both sides (which I think is totally weird) might I suggest BREAKING IT OFF WITH THAT PERSON INSTEAD OF CHEATING? "Oh, but I still love them!" YOU'RE A NIMROD. This is an RP. If what makes you happy if jumping from person to person DO IT. I will not guarantee people will like you.
Drinking
This is permitted in the RP as well. ^^ However, if you're caught drinking by someone like the Hokage and you're UNDERAGED, they may CHOOSE if they want to punish you or not. >:] And what your punishment is becomes ENTIRELY their choice. So kids, go ahead and drink. Just don't get caught. ;D
Authoritic Figures: These people are NOT Higher Ups. These people can be teachers, mechanics, or anyone who owns a business. In fact, most "adult" RP roles can be Authoritic figures if they want to be...but if your character is bad with power, we're not giving you that title. Nuff said. Authoritc figures can hire and fire people as well as be a bit like parents for certain things. For example, if YOU see someone under aged drinking alcohol, you can A. Bring them to a higher up and have them punished or B. Punish them if it's in your character. :] Have fun with that.
