Ran walked up to the library and posted another poster on the outside of one of the windows. The colorful poster was definitely able to attract attention here.
"Coming Soon! Greatest festival of the summer! Come join the fun activities suited for all ages~"
She began to walk away until her urge to to inside and search for manga overcame her. She walked back inside the library and headed to the Manga section.
